HRV’s key strength is based on the combination of deep energy technology domain expertise, investing and operating experience, and a broad network of strategic advisors and partners. Together, the team has the experience, relationships, and culture necessary to successfully build new companies and create value for investors.

HRV was founded and is led by two experienced investment professionals, Ryan Waddington and Tim Streit, who possess a strong combination of financial, technical, and operational expertise. Both have deep roots in Michigan, but also have spent significant time in regional and global financial centers working with leading organizations in finance, banking and private equity.

HRV has also assembled an elite team of Advisors who provide regular guidance to the HRV team on all fund-related matters.  These advisors include experienced investors, entrepreneurs, and energy industry leaders.
